Mise-en-scene New Hello Bubble 9MB Milk Brown is a Korean foam-type self hair dye designed to make home colouring as easy as washing your hair. You simply massage the bubble foam through your hair like shampoo, with no brush needed.
Formulated without PPD and ammonia, it comes with a colour-protecting ampoule to help care for your new shade. The 9MB Milk Brown from the Milky Pastel Edition gives a soft, calm milk brown colour for an easy everyday look.
